1. Eligibility Return Window
   To be eligible for a full refund:
   • The physical Hotel Gift Certificate must be returned via mail within 30 days of purchase (verified by the postmark date on your return shipment).
   • The certificate must be unredeemed (not previously applied to any hotel reservation or booking).
   • Please include your original order number, receipt, or buyer name with the return shipment.
2. Return Address Shipping Costs

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping postage costs.
   • Original shipping fees are were prepaid by Seller.
   • We recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as USPS Tracking) to ensure your returned certificate arrives safely.
3. How Refunds Are Processed
   • Once we receive your returned certificate and verify its unredeemed status, your refund will be processed.
   • A full credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
   • You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the refund has been issued.
